Geographically Suriname Suriname borders the following countries Brazil to the south, Guyana to the west and French Guiana to the east. According to Suriname's latest map the following nature boundaries are recognized by the Suriname government. On the east the the mid Marowijne river , in the south the tumukhumak and acarai mountain and to in the west the left side of the corantijn river.On different atlas you may find Suriname map with a border differ from which is shown below because some territories are disputed by both Guyana and French Guyana.
